These ducks have sleek bodies, hold themselves upright, and tend to move at a quick pace. They walk more like a penguin than waddle. The Fawn and White Runner Ducks are excellent foragers and even have a tendency to be herded. They tend to be energetic and on the nervous side. These ducks will reach maturity at approximately 20 - 24 weeks, weigh 3.25 - 4 pounds at maturity, and lay 2-3 white to bluish-green eggs per week.
