This assortment is hatchery choice and could include day-old female bantam(s) or standard breed(s) of any breed we currently carry and may include hybrids. You could receive birds that lay any color of egg and requests are not accepted. The breed(s) included will not be marked or recorded. When ordering an assortment from Meyer Hatchery, the best part is identifying your new chicks. This is not a service Meyer Hatchery is able to provide, so to assist in this, we have created a chick identification tool that will help you out in identifying your chicks. It is also possible for your chicks to come with a leg band on them if they happen to be one of the breeds we band for ID. Bonus! But don't forget to remove those leg bands or step up a size in 7 days. If you are unable to identify right when they arrive, wait until they start to get feathers and identifying features.
