Porcelain d’Uccles are uniquely colored bantams with a muff of feathers around their faces that join into a beard on their throat area, they have a single comb, as well as feathered feet. Porcelain refers to the color of these beautiful birds. The majority of their feathers are a straw yellow color with white and a blue bar or crescent on them. These birds are a very docile and friendly breed and do well as a pet.

We recommend placing your order early in the season for the best selection. Don’t forget to bring a box or other container for transportation from the hatchery to their new home. We can also ship started birds directly to your local post office. Meyer Hatchery will pack and ship the birds in an approved USPS shipping container, include a gel supplement to keep your birds hydrated in transit, and ship them express for overnight delivery to most locations.

Started chickens are approximately 16-20 weeks of age. They are fully vaccinated, beak trimmed, floor raised, and treated for intestinal worms.
